POSITIONS
Working hours are clearly defined from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with Saturdays off for engineers and only one working Saturday for workers. We offer a pleasant family-oriented work environment and incentives for good performance.
Civil engineer
You manage the site, prepare site records and payment certificates, contribute to bills of quantities and cost estimates for bids, provide technical solutions, and take part in project-based sales. If you do not yet have experience, you will gain it by working on real projects, not through theory.
Construction site supervisor
You organize and manage construction site operations. You coordinate teams, monitor deadlines, and ensure the work is carried out as designed.
Construction worker
You take part in rehabilitation, strengthening, and structural protection works. You do hands-on site work as part of a team that knows what it is doing.
