This is a mission to restore the splendor of a protected cultural heritage property that unites architectural genius and top-level science in its very foundations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But its walls also preserve a deeper story. This was the home of the architect Andre Mohorovi\u010di\u0107, the son of the legendary Andrija Mohorovi\u010di\u0107, the man who discovered <em>Moho<\/em> diskontinuitet i postavio temelje moderne seizmologije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The symbolism that connects<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is a profound symbolism in our work on Villa \u010cepuli\u0107. Today, armed with modern strengthening systems, we are repaying a debt to the great Mohorovi\u010di\u0107: we are protecting his legacy from the very seismic forces whose nature he was the first to decipher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The architectural signature of Viktor Kova\u010di\u0107<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villa \u010cepuli\u0107 bears the hallmark of <strong>Viktor Kova\u010di\u0107<\/strong>the father of modern Croatian architecture. Created in the creative laboratory of the \u201cKova\u010di\u0107 and Ehrlich\u201d studio, it is a symbol of the time when Zagreb began to breathe European modernism.
